We are very committed to processes that engage all residents in issues of development. Recently, the town council approved the creation of Shortbread Lofts. Shortbread will be a new development on Rosemary St, right alongside Northside. Standing at seven stories tall, units will sell for over $700 a bedroom.
Attached is a Letter to the Editor that addresses some of the concerns of not including local community voices in development plans.

We’re very interested to see how Shortbread will chose to work with local residents and work for a long-term vision of Chapel Hill.
