The Jackson Center works with a coalition of partners to connect folks who wish to live close, live connected, and live proud to homes in Northside. Our community’s landbank effort provides housing opportunities at all different price points and of various sizes to rent or purchase.

Please be aware that we don’t have many immediate options. With the following information, we will be able to respond to your interests as quickly as possible. We will also notify you of our next Northside open house or home interest gathering.

Additional Resources

The Community Home Trust provides free on-going education related to financial counseling, homebuyer education, and home maintenance.  All classes are taught by certified and trained staff and are offered at no cost to the community.

Habitat for Humanity also offers free homeownership courses.

The Community Empowerment Fund works to find affordable housing opportunities for folks throughout the area.
