We celebrated our 2016 Holiday Party December 8th with the biggest crowd we have ever had! Over 100 people throughout the night packed into the Jackson Center. There was overwhelming array of food brought in by neighbors, professors, students, church leaders, town officials and more. The night rounded out with an abundance of singing around our new piano. Led by St. Joseph's minister of music Jarrett Dawson, holiday carols and gospel melodies permeated the parsonage well into the evening. Not to mention neighbors of all ages tearing up the dance floor that inevitably concluded with the electric slide. From the opening prayer by Mama Kat took us all to church with her blessing of the food, the spirit in the office was of love. Of community; that which some believe is missing in this moment in history. However it has always been and will always be present in Northside.
